2. Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled before the artwork is shipped. Once the artwork is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund if:
– The artwork is damaged or defective.
– The artwork is not as described.
– The order is cancelled before shipping.
2. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned artwork or cancellation request.
3. Refund Method: Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility: Artworks can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
– The artwork is damaged or defective.
– The artwork is not as described.

International Transactions
For customers in the US and UK, please note that:

1. Customs and Duties: Praveen Art Gallery is not responsible for customs and duties charged by the respective countries.
